Each gram contains: Doxycycline Hydrochloride IP 200 mg Tylosin Tartrate IP 200 mg
Properties
The effective broad-spectrum antibiotic combination belonging to the tetracycline and macrolide groups. It exerts synergistic bacteriostatic action by inhibiting protein synthesis at two different sites on the bacterial ribosome. Characterized by excellent activity against Mycoplasma, Gram-positive, and Gram-negative bacteria with superior respiratory tract penetration and long-lasting effects.
Indications
Drug of choice for the treatment and prevention of bacterial infections such as chronic respiratory disease (CRD), mycoplasmosis, infectious sinusitis, air sacculitis, colibacillosis, and other respiratory and enteric infections in poultry.
Dosage
Poultry: 1 gm per 1 to 2 litres of drinking water for 3–5 days or as directed by the veterinarian.
