Composition
Each tablet contains: Fenbendazole IP 150 mg
Properties
Broad-spectrum anthelmintic belonging to the benzimidazole group. It acts by binding to β-tubulin in the parasite, inhibiting microtubule formation and disrupting energy metabolism. This leads to the death and subsequent expulsion of the worms from the host’s gastrointestinal tract. Highly effective against both mature and immature stages of nematodes with an excellent safety margin.
Indications
Effective for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal nematodes and roundworms in cattle, buffalo, sheep, goats, pigs and other livestock.
Dosage
5 to 10 mg/kg body weight Or as directed by the veterinarian.
